Troop Meeting: Committee Meeting – Kick off Year Event

Parents/Guardians,

Welcome to the new scout year! I hope your scout enjoyed their first meeting this week and excited about the upcoming scout year.

I recently have worked with our web site developer to improve the look and link of our online calendar to Scout Track to our website. If interested you can subscribe to our calendar to have events synced with your personal calendar. Keep up to date on scout activities by visiting our Troop website.

I wanted to personally invite you to a kick off committee meeting on Thursday September 1st from 7 – 8:30pm at the Schlotterer home. We will be going over the schedule for the year and set goals as a committee in what we want to do this year. The evening will also have a social component to it in which I will be providing drinks and lite snacks to allow us some time to get to know one another a little better outside of the normal Monday Committee Meetings. I hope you are able to join us. In an effort to track your availability in attending, I set up a sign-up genius. Please plan to RSVP your attendance so we can plan accordingly.
