We want to make sure we have proper transportation, food and registration for the event.
Here’s what we will do.

|6:00 pm||Depart for Camp Lazarus|
|8:00 am||Check in for Klondike|
|9:00 am||Klondike Begins|
|4:45 pm||Klondike Ends|
|5:15 pm||Depart Camp Lazarus|
|5:45 pm||Arrive back at church|
What to Bring/Complete prior to arriving:
- BSA Permission Slip – Signed.
- BSA Medical Form
(Annual form must up to date and submitted to Scoutmaster)
- PERSONAL EQUIPMENT LIST – WHAT TO BRING LIST
Clothes (layers) for cold weather conditions (Cold/Rain/Snow). Anticipate that conditions will be cold, snowy/icy and windy.
Each Scout needs:
1 – 2 liter empty bottle
Empty Soda/Pop Can
2 Coffee Filters – Regular Size Filter 8 Cotton Balls
10 inches String or Twine
2 Pieces of Charcoal
Each Patrol needs in their Sled:
Patrol First Aid Kit
Patrol Flag (attached to sledge)
Fire making supplies
Appropriate cold weather lunch for patrol
Water for patrol
¼ inch rope for pioneering project (3 six foot lengths) Compass
Two (2) 20’ length rescue ropes
Extra Warm Clothes for Emergences
Patrol Roster, Paper and Pen
Nail – 16 Penny
